Every Monday night for 6 weeks an intimate group of 5 brides will get together with Sarah and Candice.  Candice will spend the first 1 ½ hours giving you hands-on cooking instruction to learn how to cook three healthy, simple, incredibly mouthwatering recipes.

Then Sarah will give you intensive nutrition coaching to develop new eating habits, change your relationship with food and cultivate your ideal body, while we eat the delicious meal we prepared that evening. We will send you home with all the ammo you need to stay successful though the week:  concrete action steps and guidelines, recipes to cook for the week, and around the clock support in case you lose motivation.  It’s really a true recipe for a complete lifestyle change.

The classes are from 6:30pm-9pm on Monday evenings from November 8th through December 13th, which will be held in the kitchen of a beautiful wellness center in the Madison Square Park area.
